“I love this product, I use it everyday without fail! It makes a great base for lipstick and I also use it on the delicate skin on my eyelids and under eye. ....and it lasts for AGES!!!!”

“Not sure if it is very effective. You definitely can't put any lipstick on top of it as it prevents it from adhering.”
