Hi Nicola, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent purchase at Gruum. I am sorry to hear that the solstråler After Sun Bar Bar was not as expected. The After sun bar is a moisturiser rather than a face wash bar and if you follow the 'How to use' instructions from our website then hopefully you will achieve a better result and enjoy using the product: 1. Use on freshly washed, dry skin. 2. Glide the bar across your skin and massage in, or simply warm the bar between your hands until it melts a little onto your palms, then massage into affected areas. 3. Store in cool conditions and keep out of direct sunlight. I hope this information helps! “I still prefer cream after sun, but I brought this when I went away for a weekend rough camping and hiking. It’s small and still works a treat on sensitive areas”
