“I struggled with this product literally couldn't work out how to use it. Thought it was a face wash /moisture bar but couldn't get it to do anything with or without water.”

Please have a look at our How to use instructions which you may find helpful to get the best out of the product. 1. Use on freshly washed, dry skin. 2. Glide the bar across your skin and massage in, or simply warm the bar between your hands until it melts a little onto your palms, then massage into affected areas. 3. Store in cool conditions and keep out of direct sunlight. I have passed your feedback over to our Product Development Team as this helps us identify areas where we can improve.
