“First order came squashed due to bad packaging. In fairness they did send me a free replacement, but again the packaging is so poor if you carry it around in a bag or pocket it easily breaks which undermines the whole point of the product in being easy to carry around. Needs better packaging like a protective cardboard tube / case (something similar to say how lipstick is dispensed).”
