I can understand the frustration when a product doesn't meet your expectations so I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the overall 'lather' of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time.
