“As so many other reviewers have stated, after the initial dispensing, it's too hard to get out of the, otherwise handy, plastic bottle. You can stand it on its lid, but the texture is still way too thick for such a bottle to release its contents via gravity - its even called a cream rather than a lotion. Other brands have a pump action dispenser for such a texture but a small pot would be better - wide enough so that you can dip your fingers in. I'm going to cut the bottle open & decant it (& keep it in the guest room). Initially it feels as though it's being absorbed well as it doesn't leave a greasy residue, but annoyingly, I think this product has now proved that my skin is sensitive to orange oil. After application, the skin on the backs of my hands feel kind of prickly - a sign of sensitivity - & although it's hard to determine which ingredient is the culprit, the common factor for this slightly itchy & tingly feel, is orange oil. I'll not be purchasing this again.”

“I like this hand cream but the bottle really doesn't work well for it. Once I'd cut the bottle open and decanted the contents into an old tin I could use it, and enjoy its smell and moisturising qualities. But it's just too thick to be properly usable in the bottle”

You will be pleased to know that this feedback has already been taken on board and we are working on changing all of our bottles to new easier squeezy bottles and we have started with all of our SPF's. “Lovely. Easy to apply. Massageable, as doesn't dry immediately. Lovely, lovely lemongrass smell. Excellent product. Needs to be in a tin, like the "Luxury hand cream", as it is difficult to get the product out of the square bottle. Would grapeatly improve the useability of this product.”
