“The bottle makes getting any of the moisturiser out very difficult, to the point I had to unscrew the lid and use both hands to get any out. The plastic is too thick and hard. Environmentally feels over the top and I don't feel confident I'm going to get all the moisturiser out so not great value for money! The substance itself is nice but wouldn't purchase again for above reason.”

I have included a link to our recycling information: https://www.gruum.com/recycling-information/ Regarding the design of the plastic bottles, we have made them that way to make it easier to fit them into a package and deliver them through a letterbox.
