“I bought a range of products in an Gruum offer before Christmas, every single one was divine. The scents were fantastic, to the point that after a leisurely soak in the bath the aroma filled the bathroom until well after the following day. At first I wasn’t too sure about using a bar of shampoo but I was very surprised at how much lather there was and how clean but not ‘stripped’ my hair felt after being washed. The sandalwood and patchouli body bar is one of my favourites, very gentle yet felt as though I’d had a good scrub to clear off all those old cells. I also bought a beard set for my son in law, I’m sure he’ll enjoy using it. My second order (after placing the order for my treats) was for a surprise bag of goodies and they most certainly were goodies! As these two orders were placed minutes apart I expected them to arrive on the same delivery but they didn’t. All it took was for one brief email to customer support where Jay got on the case immediately, checked the order status, provided me with a tracking reference and kept in touch until the problem was resolved. Jay was absolutely great, I felt confident that had this been a gift that had gone astray rather than a treat to myself I would not have needed to worry - thank you Jay!,”
