“This particular candle shattered the glass while still lit there wasn't much wax left in the bottom when this happened but extremely disappointing”

Hi Barrie, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our candles. I apologize for the glass shattering. It's important to note that when using candles in glass, you should stop burning them when only 10mm of wax remains at the bottom. “I am very disappointed with this candle, I was really looking forward to the scent but there is none. As it is described as 'Tangy lemongrass and fiery ginger, creamy vanilla and deep patchouli with fresh eucalyptus and lime leaf to finish' I was expecting to be surrounded by lovely scents. I have also bought another candle, 2 diffusers and some wax melts which I am now not looking forward to.”
