“Couldn't get the bar to soften enough to use, even after trying different ways to soften it”

The Body Butter is a rich moisturiser and if you follow the 'How to use' instructions from our website then hopefully you will achieve a better result and enjoy using the product: 1. Take the bar in your hand and gently glide it along the skin (one or two passes should do it). 2. The warm skin and motion will naturally melt the bar just enough to leave the perfect amount behind on the skin. 3. Massage in with your hands. 4. Revel in your silky soft skin. “No use at all. Very hard to use. Bar did not dispense anything on the skin. Tried 4 times and then threw it away. Again all the products look the same so have to think.which one is which....”

“Was looking forward to using this as I saw it as another way of not buying yet another plastic bottle full of stuff. The box says that the bar softens with the heat from the body, but it doesn't really. I still tried to use it but it drags the skin. I will persevere because I would love it to work.”

“Same issue as with "Kyra gentle face wash bar" application very difficult with no lather and apart from leaving skin soft but not confident it any cleaner than before”
