Hi Sue, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent purchase at Gruum. I am sorry to hear that the voita Body Butter Bar was not as expected. The Body Butter is a moisturiser rather than a shower bar and if you follow the 'How to use' instructions from our website then hopefully you will achieve a better result and enjoy using the product: 1. Take the bar in your hand and gently glide it along the skin (one or two passes should do it). 2. The warm skin and motion will naturally melt the bar just enough to leave the perfect amount behind on the skin. 3. Massage in with your hands. 4. Revel in your silky soft skin. “Never used body butter in a bar before so was looking forward to see how it measured up and I wasn't disappointed,left my skin well hydrated smells nice and I found it perfect for a weekend away.”
