Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent purchase at Gruum. I am sorry to hear that the Kyra Gentle Face Wash was not as you expected. The Face Wash Bar should lather a little although it is more light and creamy so it does not strip the skin. Our Kyra Gentle Face Wash (liquid form) does however produce more of a lather if that may be of interest to you.
