“The feeling of this soap on the face is weird. It's intially feels like there's a THICK layer of something left on the surface of the skin, particularly noticeable on the lips. I'm guessing it's the properties of the eucalyptus. The sensation passed quickly after drying. It cleans well, but I wouldn't buy this by choice again.”

“It smells nice and I like that it is a soap bar, so doesn't come in a plastic bottle. However, I can't get a lather from it, although our water is very hard, so that might be why.”

“Instructions say it has a silken lather - it takes quite a while to create a "lather" You don't think it has but use it and it works.”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You are right, it does lather, but its a very light, creamy lather so it does not strip and dry the skin. We also do a kyra Gentle Face Wash in liquid form which creates more of a lather than the bar if you prefer more of a lather.
