“Instructions on the box says to rub the bar between your hands until your get a touch lather. I have been unable to get any lather at all. Very disappointing”

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble getting a lather from the bar – that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. A little tip: these bars work best when used directly on wet skin rather than just rubbing between your hands. Try running the bar under warm water for a few seconds, then apply it straight to your face in circular motions – this usually helps create a nice creamy lather.
