“Lovely hand cream, and nice smell, but packaging terrible for this product. It is too thick and viscous for the opening on the lid. It is really difficult to get it out of the container. It needs an alternative dispenser, or to be less viscous.”

“It was a free gift, just had to pay £3.95 for postage, which was a rip off. It's not much different than other hand creams I use.”
