“I like the cooling feel of this under my eyes, but I’m not sure that it’s actually doing anything in particular. It does feel nice though. I don’t have any puffiness or bags etc however, so maybe there’s not a lot of difference to actually see. As I say though it’s still a nice product & I’ll persevere with it.”
