“Avoid if you have sensitive skin! Used under my eyes and wthin 10 minutes the skin was patchy red and warm. Unfortunate because the metal roller ball is very soothing.”

“I had a set of under eye treatment and facial reviving gel, gifted by my mobile provider. The parcel just came through the mailbox, I patch test the roller on my wrist, no reaction, tried it under my eyes. I hop on a meeting, open the camera, and I had the reddest rash ever seen under my eyes. Unfortunately I can't share the pictures, but for me is a big no no. No idea what's in the formula, the N7 cream I use never gave me a rash, and that's retinol too. I can't recommend this product.”

Hi there, Thanks for contacting us about this, I hope you are feeling much better. I'm really sorry you've experienced some sort of reaction to our Under-Eye Treatment, I'm sure that's been very unpleasant for you. We always hope our products will work well for our customers but appreciate that this is not always the case. We must advise you not to use the bar anymore in case you suffer the same reaction again until you establish what it was. In any case, we would always advise you to try a small area first just to minimise the effects if a reaction does occur. I have included an ingredient list for the products below so you can investigate this further: Aqua, Polysorbate 20, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Glycerine, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbic Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Tocopherol, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Limonene, Sodium Acetate, Linalool, Isopropanol, Cellulose, Citral.
