“I had a reaction and everywhere I used it turned very very bright red and left a mark that lasted 10+ minutes leaving massive red bags under my eyes”

“I have a lot of gruum products which I love. This under-eye treatment, however, has caused an immediate reaction. At first I thought that the slight stinging was just the 'refreshing' reaction but then the skin under my eyes went bright red - I looked like I had been punched. I immediately washed with plenty of water and used my usual eye cream but the skin then looked swollen for quite some time. Having looked through all of the reviews now, I can see that quite a few people have had the same reaction. This is disappointing from a company whose products are all described as 'natural'. Worth mentioning that I have been using retinol and vitamin c products for years including retinol eye creams) so it is not as if my skin has never been exposed to these. I would recommend that anyone does a very small patch test with this product before rolling under both eyes.”

“I started to notice a difference after about 3 days and enjoy the natural elements Gruum uses. Other products I've used caused itchiness or redness around my eyes and would never use anything except this from now on!”
