“Got a great offer with my Senior Rail card on the Winter sleep set and then I tried the Sandlewood Difusier. The bottle is small but it has a lovely strong scent. I then tried two products in the £5 sale. The foot cream is a lovely peppermint and a small handcream both smell and feel great.”

“Oh dear..... I am normally a big fan of Gruum, but this is a disaster. The scent is great but amongst other things it acts like a paint stripper if it comes into contact with a painted surface - no warning on the bottle. Placed on a tray and contacted customer service, who sent a voucher and a replacement diffuser to compensate. Returning from holiday we found further damage to the surface as the liquid had travelled down the tie on the diffuser sticks onto the paintwork. To avoid further damage I threw away the original and the replacement. You should not be selling such a toxic product!”
