“I have imsomnia and also sleep paralysis when i am sleeping but i can say that spraying this on my pillow even if i am just laying in bed before I am fully ready to sleep it does fill me with a calm effect. It will not obviously cure any of these things and some times i do have the effect even after i spray it but it does help me most days!! Would buy again!!”
