“Although I love all my other Gruum products, this shave gel didn't work for me. It's got a strange sticky feeling to it that when you rub in your hands to then apply to your face causes it to stick to your hands. What you do manage to get on your face then won't smooth around it due to its sticky nature again. So not for me I'm afraid.”

“The smoothest shave I've ever experienced. I had some doubts about how effective it would be when the gel came out clear, but my razor glides across the skin and it gets every hair. I kept touching my face afterwards to feel how smooth it was. I don't normally leave reviews, but this was a winner. I can't see myself using anything else. Note: The bottle is fairly small, but you only need a small amount of gel. Would love a travel-sized version.”

“Although I gave the gel only a four stars I would admit that I am the wrong person to ask about shaving gel I only used it because it came with the razor because I can't stand shaving gel and I use a wet shave and just can't get on with shaving gel but thought I'd give it a try Would prefer soothing cream”
