“This truly hydrates my chapped lips and the effect lasts long after the lip conditioner has rubbed off. Not 5 stars because it is quite oily and I end up getting it in my mouth.”

“I received the lip conditioner today which was discounted via the Martin Lewis website. Unfortunately the applicator isn’t the smoothest and catches my lips. The product itself is okay but rapidly evaporates, I think I’d have to apply it every half an hour for it to have any benefits, sadly there is no fruity flavour present either. Overall, for the price I paid, it’s okay but I would have sent it back had I have paid full price. Sorry Gruum”

“I’ve had the flu and my lips have been so dry and cracked and bleeding. I’ve spent 3 days using Vaseline with no improvement then decided to try this and within an hour my lips are already so much better!”

“Best lip conditioner I have used. Not sure if it is the metal ball applicator but it fells really good when it goes on. Smells delicious and conditioned my lips for hours. Also didn't feel I needed to have lippy on as it is slightly glossy. I bought these for gifts to my teenage daughters and both rave about this product. Would recommend.”

“Pleasantly surprised to receive this as a gift, the cool rollerball is so nice on the lips. Lovely lip oil and not at all greasy or heavy. Delicate smell and taste of cranberries. Perfect size for my pocket too!!”

“Just received this lip conditioner and it is FABULOUS. Love it! My lips feel really hydrated, will get more as gifts for my family. Unlike other lip balms it doesn’t just sit on your lips, you can really feel it sinking in.”

“This lip conditioner is amazing. It's very light and not greasy. My skin is very sensitive and it's hard for me to find stuff that doesn't set my skin off, I have to say all the gruum stuff I've used is so gentle and such quality. I'll certainly be getting more of this in future”

“Really disappointing. Lips are more dry since using it and it isn’t long lasting. Have to reapply far too often. Glad I only had to pay for delivery and not the cost of the item. Far too expensive for a disappointment.”
