“Updating my previous review. Although I didn’t like this particular product, I was so surprised and pleased to get an email from Grüum offering me a free replacement. Such amazing personal customer service. New shower wash coming in the past as a replacement. Never had that level of service from a company. They really do read these reviews! Thank you Grüum.”

“Smells lovely, feels nice on my skin.....but so dangerous in the shower. I used a small amount on a flannel, but the oil washed on to the shower floor and made everything so slippery. I will not be using it again. Not sure if I would use as a bath oil either, as I think it would leave a slippery film of oil over the bath.”
