“Works wonders on my dry skin. Just rub your finger over the bar, then apply to effected area, it does melt very quickly.”

Hey Michael, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback about Hydrat Moisture Massage Bar 35g. We deeply appreciate it. We are sorry that our product didn't meet your expectations. This is not what we want our customers to experience but we appreciate not all of our products work for everyone. It sounds like you are unsure of what the massage bar is supposed to do and have experienced difficulty using and rubbing it in and it also has clogged up your chest hair - to help with this I have put a how-to-use guide below to make it more clearer: 1. The bar will begin to melt when placed directly onto dry skin. 2. Wait until a sufficient amount has melted onto the area, then massage this in. 3. If it’s a little cold, it may take longer to melt. 4. Try warming between dry hands before placing on the body. 5. Re-apply as often or as little as you like.
