With long hair, the way the shampoo is applied can make a big difference in how far it goes. We generally recommend focusing the shampoo mainly on the scalp, since that’s where oil and buildup occur, and letting the rinse distribute it through the lengths of the hair. “I recently bought har Pro Shampoo Bar. I have used the Shampoo bar once. It left my hair soft and shiny. Easy to apply and rich lather. Only time and frequency of use will show if it's effective for hair growth.”

“best shampoo iv used for my fine greasy hair, too soon yet to say about if its helped with the thinning of my hair as I know it will take at least 6 months to show results due to the normal growth cycle of hair but im sticking with it!”
