“I was sceptical because the last bar I tried was too heavy for my hair, but this one is perfect! It foams beautifully, smells great and left my hair feeling clean and nourished. I don't know yet about hair growth but all my other groom products work so well I expect it will at least slow down hair thinning, which is really what I'm after. I'm perimenopausal with fine, slightly wavy hair that has bleached and coloured highlights. This shampoo bar (and matching conditioner bar) do not weigh down my hair and leave it clean, soft and with the natural wave intact.”

“Excellent product. I love it, I’m buying my second bar now. I have type 4C hair and I’m perimenopausal so hair is trying to start thinning. This bar has been part of my hair regain journey and it is playing a brilliant role. There is plenty of it as it lathers very well even when I have product build up, I don’t understand why it wouldn’t last for a descent amount of time. I recommend and recommend again. Run and buy it now.”

With long hair, the way the shampoo is applied can make a big difference in how far it goes. We generally recommend focusing the shampoo mainly on the scalp, since that’s where oil and buildup occur, and letting the rinse distribute it through the lengths of the hair. This often helps extend the number of washes from a single bottle. We understand your disappointment, though, and we appreciate you sharing your experience, it helps us improve. “I recently bought har Pro Shampoo Bar. I have used the Shampoo bar once. It left my hair soft and shiny. Easy to apply and rich lather. Only time and frequency of use will show if it's effective for hair growth.”
