“this is by far my favourite shampoo. it's moisturising enough to get away with one wash without a deep conditioner for my very dry curly hair (3A) without inviting chaos intro my tresses, and it even suds up and makes my scalp feel clean and refreshed. WITHOUT stripping either my scalp or my strands of anything. I've tried so many other brands and types of bar shampoos and 9/10 the other brands left my hair greasy at the ends, my scalp with build-up, and I went through what felt like twice as much post-shampoo conditioners. I'm seriously not switching to another shampoo in the foreseeable future!”

“I have purchased a few of these now, first used in November 2024, took on holiday to cut down weight of shampoo bottles. This shampoo bar is fab, cleans the hair, foams up, you don't need much at all, leaves hair soft, shiny and moisturised.”

“I am a big fan of Gruum’s nourishing shampoo and conditioner, they are the only shampoo bars that do not dry out my hair, so I thought getting the mega range would be worth it. However, for some strange reason the Mega moisture shampoo bar and conditioner do not work at all with my hair. They make it heavy yet unmanageable and dry looking but oily looking in the wrong places. Just not for me, I’ll stick to the Nourishing regular bars.”
