Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our SPF30 Face Sunscreen. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, most SPF products will contain some chemical ingredients in order to provide the best protection. Our SPF is made from a combination of both minerals and chemicals. Where possible, we try to include as many naturally derived ingredients as possible to cut out those unnecessary chemical nasties. We only use very safe amounts of the ingredient. We also adhere to the European/UK guidelines as that is where we register our products. We take your points on board and will look to see if there is something we can do in the future to reduce/remove it. Thanks again for your review. Warm regards Team Gruum
