“The citrus body wash was pleasantly scented, but once the gel bottle had been turned upside down to take some gel the narrow thin bottle became very unstable beside the bath because the centre of gravity of the remain gel was at the top of the bottle. The is thin enough to be able to get out of the bottle without bashing the bottom like the sun screen but the unstable bottle is annoying. I understand the thin letter box shaped bottles you use are go for posting, but when compared with other manufacturers packaging there is plenty of room for improvement. I would dump the thin bottle approach in favour of something more user friendly, dare I say it conventional. Like molton brown. I hope this is helpful I like your products, but not the packaging!!!!!!”
