“Someone else has said about the exfoliation only being on one side and the other side being soft, they also made it seem like it never used to be. However, I found that rubbing the bitty side over my face (warning to sensitive skin: it is very rough for the face), rinsing, then the other side, made my face very clean and soft. Whether this is how it is now supposed to be, or the pumice has started to settle, it still works for me.”

“This is not a deep exfoliator, and instead provides a very gentle refresh. This has suited my (normal) skin well; but not my partner who has more delicate skin.”

“I love the way this soap makes my skin glow, but the last two soaps I received the pumice had settled in one half of the bar, so the other half is just plain soap. It's still worth it to me but a little disappointing!”

“This soap leaves my skin smooth and glowing like nothing else. I can only give it four stars as the last two times I've bought it the pumice has settled so only half the bar is exfoliating and the rest is just (very nice moisturising) plain soap. I'm still a fan for life and wouldn't think twice about buying again though.”
