“This was great to take away on holiday, small packages, that last for ages. They smell good but without that overpowering smell a lot of products on the high street have. After using you really feel your body and hair have had a real treat. Good company to deal with, I had a slight problem with one of my orders. However it was very quickly dealt with, along with plenty of emails and updates, until my order arrived.”

“Received this set absolutely free even though when I saw this offer I didn’t believe it. It didn’t arrive in this set box but it didn’t matter to me. My mum and I started using the charcoal face soap and we both absolutely love it. Our faces feel lovely after its use. Thank you very much!”

“The purifying face soap is! My sensitive skin is clean, and the soap hasn't dried out my skin afterwards. My skin looks brighter already, and the smell is subtle but refreshing. An excellent product.”

“I have used this before and am very pleased with these.I would like to say that the order I put in didn't arrive after approx 11 days.I contacted Gruum who said the order had been despatched and after this length of time must be assumed lost.They sent a replacement order and I received this 2 days later.There were no arguments or excuses just posted a new order.I think Gruum's customer care and service is second to none.I will definitely be buying from them in the future.Thank you very much.”
