“Extraordinary customer service. Great products. I tried the free kit, having paid only delivery cost. There was an issue with the parcel & I contacted Gruum explaining the situation & providing pictures. Next thing I knew I received apologies, reassurance that this will be addressed internally & another order confirmation for the missing item. Truly impressed with the way it was handled. The quality of the products made place another order since. Looking forward to trying other products. I am also eyeing their mystery boxes for just £25 for 8 full size items.”
