“I have tried a range of natural shampoo and conditioning bars with a range of results. I was delighted when I discovered gruum: the shampoo bars are so easy to use and so little is required, 2-3 rotations in my wet hands creates enough soap to wash my bob styled hair. Alternatively, 3 stokes of the bar over wet hair gives the same results so they last for ages. The same goes for the conditioning bar I use so don’t overdo it. My hair is left clean and shiny. As an added bonus the soap bars fit in my Lux tins as well as gruum’s own tins.”

“I have using your nourishing shampoo bar since being diagnosed with cancer recently. It is so gentle on my head as I have lost most of my hair due to chemotherapy. I look forward to trying out your other products”

“I tried several brands of solid shampoo and conditioner bar before I found gruum. The shampoo bar lathers easily and you only need a tiny amount, even on long hair. Definitely recommended.”

“I have been using Gruum shampoo soap bars for about 18 months. My hair has never felt better, I loose less hair whilst shampooing so my hair is now thicker and in better condition. I love Gruum shampoo”
