“I found this oil a little heavy on my skin and slow to be absorbed. I now use it as a scalp massage before shampooing. It leaves my hair silky smooth and shiny for days and not greasy at all.”

“This rich oil has a dark green tinge when it comes out of the bottle and an earthy smell. It takes some time to be absorbed so feels quite greasy, would be good for very dry skin. It is quite a 'heavy' oil, but does leave skin feeling soft and nourished”

“I really love this oil. I got the dropper and use about 3 drops each night on my face and neck. When I am due to wash my hair the next morning I put the oil on my roots and ends of my hair too. I use the Gruum shampoo bar and my hair feels amazing afterwards and not greasy.”

“Lovely treat for badly behaved menopausal or hormonal skin. Regulated oily bits, soothed dry bits and quickly healed acne. Only reason this is not my favourite oil is due to the very earthy hemp smell which naturally prevails in any hemp products. I now add a couple of drops into my other Gruum moisturisers or mix it 50/50 with hazelnut oil to tone it down. I'd say this is one to use at night due to the stronger smell and slower absorption. It doesn't sit well under makeup and clashes with my perfume. I will continue using it.”
