“Lathered up nicely into a good foam, but as soon as it was applied to the skin the foam vanished within a few seconds. Not had this with shaving bars before and meant for a much less smooth and comfortable shave”

“It doesn’t do what it says on the tin. My skin got irritated after using this shaving balm, it was much worse than using a simple soap, in fact. The cherry on top was that it started stinging after I shaved my hair , I had to wash it all off straight away. End up binning the product and the £7-8 I paid for it. What a shame!!”

“I'm a bit on the fence over this product as I love all their products I've used so far but as I have sensitive skin and as I'm sure everyone gets from time to time sensitive legs from shaving... it needs to just be a bit more of a lather product which I find you need to use a fair bit. First time I used it was brilliant but the second time found maybe I didn't use enough soap. As long as you can get a good lather with it I think you will be fine. Maybe as I do suffer with my legs it might not be the right product for me.”

“It works, but requires more diligent preparation and care. I have thicker and denser facial hair, and when compared with traditional foam, this does seem to pose a higher risk of cuts, snags, unexpected dry spots. This may be a skill issue on my end.”
