“My hair is shining and bouncy but I can not make the bar to lather in my hands. I now get the bar wet then give my hair a quick rub around and massage it in. Leave in then rinse and the result is lovely.”

“Fantastic conditioner. I used it for the first time today in conjunction with the nourishing shampoo. My hair felt really soft and silky afterwards and my friend commented on how healthy my hair was looking today, not knowing I had just tried a new product. I have switched in the last few months to using shampoo/conditioner and body bars both for environmental reasons and because now I am in my 60's, I am finding it harder to squeeze the last contents out of the plastic bottles that many toiletries come in. Through using these Grüum products there is no plastic waste, no product waste and I am not hurting my hands.”

“Very difficult to get much conditioner off the bar and the hair was quite dry and fluffy afterward. Have tried it 4 times but have gone back to using my normal conditioner in a bottle.”

Thank you for getting in touch about this, I hope you are well. Admittedly solid conditioner can take a little more getting used to Some customers dissolve a very small piece (approximately 2g) into a small amount (approximately 50ml) of boiling water, then allow it to cool, this will make enough liquid for around 3 uses depending on how much you use, and how thick you mix it. So this is another option to help work the product through the hair. If you do decide to give this a go, we would, of course, advise you to store the product in a sterile container with a lid and use it within 7 days. I hope it works better for you now
