You definitely need the tins to keep the soaps in or it will stick to where ever you put them and with labels on or you will get them mixed up but I think the soaps should be sold in labelled tins instead of being extras, it's like selling biscuits without a packet.

It's great but a little small for the conditioner bar - I've got it in and now I can't get it out!

Find the tin difficult to open when I’m in the shower and really difficult to get the bar out of the tin. A shame because I love the bars but it’s a bit of a faff trying to open them and get the product out

Hi Hayley, Thank you for your feedback on the storage tins. It sounds like you may prefer our tenn conditioner storage tins that use a screw top lid so it's easier to get the tops off. Please can you email support@gruum.com and a member of our team will sort something out for you? Many thanks.

I’ve tried shampoo bars before and never really got on with them! These are great and the little bit of matting in the tin to stop your shampoo getting stuck is genius!! I’m going to be trying them all !!

Nice idea, but to totally impractical/non-functional: I just had mine on a three week long trip, every night a different accommodation. After a few days the rubberized coir layer started disintegrating/sticking to the soap bar; and then the soap bar itself turned into a sticky mess. Pity.

Hi Martin, we are sorry about this - the soap saver needs to be kept as dry as possible to help prevent the bar from sticking to the bottom of the lada tin. Could you please email us at support@gruum.com so we can help you further with this? Many thanks
