“I switched to shampoo bars and few years ago , discovered Grumm, loved it ,so continue using it . I found the transition to a bar very easy . I actually rub the bar over wet hair ,then massage . Works for me . I alternate between this and the nourishing bar . Mainly because I like them both . My hair is now very shiny and has a bit of bounce .”
