“Hi , I received the bottle and start using it today. I noticed the bottle is really soft compared to previous purchases which is solid bottle. Secondly, I also reliased that my skin didnt feel smooth after using the face wash and a bit dry. I wonder if you have change your product specificaiton in term of packing and also ingredient. If you like i can share the picture of the bottle of before and the recent purchase which will show you really clear of changing the qualify of bottle.”
