“Dear Sue, (Gruum) 07/03/24 Here is what I ordered:- a) The visual and description does indicate 4 off (A pack of four) I ordered two of each = 8 of each therefore a total of 8+8=16. I received 2+2, of each type. b) The description shows a handle; this is a an error, I would suggest and that on this view there is no indication that handles are not supplied. This is a trades description and implied mistake. On review I see that below these pictures you indicate handles with pictures I wrote on the 7th March and as yet not had the order.”

“Beth I received an e-mail from Simon asking if I was satisfied with my recent order. I responded about how confused I was that I thought I had ordered 12 and received 4 then queried that I thought I had ordered 12 with another delivery I had 7 more which meant I was charged 2 lots of carriage on the same order . Simon never responded to my comments so I had better not submit a review at this point in time. Regards Anthony Dollimore”

“I like the handle, which is so different from all the others. With the 3 blade I get a good result and very rarely injure myself, which is not the case with other systems with deeper blades. Unfortunately, the price has almost doubled due to customs in Germany. Therefore I will probably have to switch to another system.”
