“The jacket I ordered was too large therefore I have returned it to exchange for a small size. I was disappointed that they seem to miss a size out as Medium is 10-12 and Large is 14-16. I did enquire as to whether they do a size 12-14 but they don't. As I am a size 12 I would ideally have ordered the 12-14 size; to allow for more comfort and movement whilst grooming. I will have to see once the Medium (10-12) arrives as to whether it will fit. Aside from the size issue; the garment itself seemed of good quality.”

“Excellent delivery time, I d probably order more purchase s from you but I find your website site awkward to navigate. It seems to take me ages to browse for what I need, I then dont have time to shop for things I d buy that I hadnt thought of. Products great and delivery. Please make it easier to shop for those of us who ve been forced to use technology. Only reason you got 4 stars not 5.”

“First time I had used this product and have been very happy with the results. My dog's coat was looking dry and although trying other oil conditioners it hadn't made a lot of difference. After using the EPO spray her coat is now shinning and in much better condition I think with regular use her coat will lay flat again. Pleasant smell too not overpowering. Good product.”
