How to Use Eye Envy Step 1: Gently remove any debris from the eye area. Step 2: Shake bottle of Eye Envy solution well and soak a cotton application pad, then gently wipe around the eye area. Allow to dry. Step 3: Using a small brush, gently work the Eye Envy Powder into the dogs hair in the affected area, working it against the hair growth. “Used as follows with the face wash, and as stated in the starter kit, not much improvement so far, I will continue use until I've finished the product, but I will not purchase again if there is still no change soon, It also states improvement within 7 days I haven't seen a difference yet? The powder appears to cover it all up, once the fur is wet again what whiteness it did achieve then goes and the fur looks the same as before? Very disappointing”
