“Very pleased with the speedy service. Easy to assemble the dryer components. The variable heat and speed dials are useful. Not sure its significantly quieter than my previous model though. Only grumble is the air flow direction nozzle is pretty stiff and makes a rather abrupt noise when you move it which could scare a nervous dog.....they don't seem to notice it if you're adjusting it while the dryer is on”
