“I bought two bottles of puppy shampoo, when the courier dropped the parcel off the package was torn and shabby when I opened the plastic wrapping covering the bottles the screw lids wasn’t screwed down properly and the liquid had run all over the place, doesn’t encourage me to buy anything else.”
