“This blade was faulty. Spoke to Groomers and I suggested I return the blade and they send me a replacement, which they didn’t want to do. They asked me to send it back so they could have a look at it, which I did, only for it to be sent back to me, and still not working properly. By this time the period I had to return it had expired, so I lost out. Very disappointed in their customer service and won’t be using them again!”
