“I’m new to grooming and thought these blades didn’t fit my AGC2 2 speed clippers so I returned them. I was then pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Tom at Groomers who told me they should fit. He offered a refund or to resend them and if I chose the latter even said he’d hop on a FaceTime or Zoom call to explain the fitting. I now have the combs back and have realised they have an adjustable sliding mechanism so I’m thrilled to have combs that fit! Thank you so much to Groomers and to Tom and congratulations on your superb customer service. Most impressed and will certainly be back!”
