“the only reason Ive given them a 4star rating is because I have not had them long enough to know their performance over a long time... these boots needed no breaking in, they feel comfortable with there original footbeds (nice fancy ones came with them as a gift). they seen to grip well, and on the one occasion it rained performed as expected. These boots just worked for me. Ive now hiked 20 miles plus in them and after the first 100 yards forgot i had new boots on. For me they have worked out well . A good product in my view, they fit in with my present hiking style. Thank you.”
