“These were the first pair of "proper" waliking boots my wife has ever owned, having strugled with fit. We are both retired, she is only 5ft tall and has small size 4 feet, but has bunions (a slave to stilleto-heel fashion in her youth, bless her!), so we thought she'd benefit from the wider fit toe area offerred by these boots (i myself am size 8, but need a wider fitting, so often end up with 9's or 9.5's). We chose these for her because of this factor, as we felt it would be a good solution, plus the waterfproofing, breathability, and a light yet strong construction. These have not dissapointed. Never known her walk as many miles - se even said they aleviated her lower back pain (maybe posture correcting in her case??). Very comfortable, very supportive, warm and practical. Would certainly but again. Great value for money, too.”

“Bought because I have wide feet. These were just wide enough after a 49 hour stretch - if made slightly wider would be good (for me). Used daily for a month or so walking dog 8-10km daily. Comfortable and hopefully will prove long lasting. Went for the green as they were £15 cheaper!”

“Great that I can buy a reletively inexpensive boot that fits my broader than usual feet. While not as plush as a certain German made boot which do wider fittings, the Glencoe is only a third of the price and is working well on my dog walks each day. They shrugged off the recent snow and ice and came up looking new with a wipe down. I'm now a couple of weeks in walking across various paths, fields and hard surfaces and they are still looking new. Buy your usual size and you shouldn't be dissappointed.”
