“love these boots, but were faulty, so sent for an exchange, but was refunded instead, so I lost my 20% off voucher. I sent an internal mail, and 2 emails with no response what so ever, so I had to ring.
I was satisfied with the response, but have now had to order again, and not really happy, it has taken so long, although boots initially were sent out sharpish, this has all wasted my time.
Customer service is very poor but boots really lovely.”
