“Mismatched laces, left boot had much shorter lace. Can only tie a very small bow. Will need to. get more laces. Poor quality control. Boots seem ok after 3 dry 5 mile walks so far.”
“Been walking, with the Apex for a couple of months now and have no concerns. I'm a recent customer of Grisport & will probably look no where else in the future. I also had a pair of the Peakland boot & had a slight problem with the lining, Grisport resolved the matter very quickly. A very customer focused company.”
“Good fit, comfortable, very good support, and much better grip on slippy surfaces than Vibram, imo.
Slightly harder on the feet than previous (Vibram) boots, and not quite as warm.
So far so good, early days but by chance, have had all sorts of weather for my initial road test.
Longer laces would be an enhancement - on my instep, they are too short to cover every eyelet.
