“Ordered boots in accordance with their size guide however when they arrived they were huge so I returned the item using the paperwork provided.
Received no update of receipt so queried this and my response was a stubborn email with a screenshot of royal mail delivery and that they had nothing else to say. Funnily enough shortly after I had a a received email from grisport. I then had no notification of the new boots being sent they just turned up a week later. Boots look ok quality control doesn't seem great but we will see how they hold up after a few months”
